Evalux is not a broker, does not provide investment advice, and does not act as a custodian of client funds. Successful traders may qualify to receive profit shares under Evalux’s payout policies.
Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By registering with Evalux and purchasing any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Evalux reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to remain aligned with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Nature of Programs
All Evalux programs are structured with specific rules, objectives, and risk parameters. Achievements within these programs reflect the trader’s ability to adhere to professional standards and discipline, and do not represent guaranteed future performance in live markets.
Eligibility & Use of Platform
- Clients must be of legal age in their country of residence.
- Evalux may conduct suitability checks at registration or during program participation.
- Continued participation may require additional compliance checks.
Conduct & Risk Management
Any unfair behavior, prohibited strategies, or manipulative trading practices may result in account suspension.
Prohibited strategies include but are not limited to:
- Latency arbitrage
- High-frequency scalping exploiting server delays
- Copy trading or mirroring
- Martingale and/or grid systems
- Intentional platform abuse
- Excessive news-event spike trading
Trading patterns (timing, volatility exposure, order frequency, etc.) are evaluated holistically to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Suspension/Termination: Evalux may suspend or terminate access with or without prior notice if violations are detected or suspected. Material breaches may lead to termination without refund.
Service Availability
While Evalux endeavors to maintain high availability, services may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, compliance checks, or external factors.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, technology, logos, and systems are owned by Evalux and protected under intellectual property laws.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection
- Basic identifiers (name, email, country).
- Compliance data (ID verification, proof of address where required).
- Usage data (login activity, system interactions).
- Payment references from authorized providers.
Use of Data
- To manage accounts and deliver services.
- To meet compliance and regulatory obligations.
- To improve platform performance and user experience (on an aggregated and anonymized basis).
Data Sharing
Data may be shared with third-party compliance providers or regulators when legally required. Evalux does not sell client data to external marketers.
Security & Retention
Data is encrypted, access-controlled, and retained only as long as necessary for compliance and operational needs. Compliance/KYC data may be retained for up to five (5) years or as required by applicable law.
Client Rights
Clients may request access, correction, or closure of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
Refund Policy
General Rule
Program fees represent operational and compliance costs. Therefore, fees are non-refundable once a program has been activated and delivered.
Limited Exceptions
- Duplicate charges caused by technical errors; or
- Payment processing failures preventing program activation; or
- Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before activation, reviewed on a discretionary basis.
Review Process
- Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence.
- Reviews typically take 10–15 business days.
Evalux reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion.
Risk Disclaimer
Market Risks
Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Market volatility, liquidity, and gaps may materially affect results. Clients should not trade with funds they cannot afford to lose.
No Guarantees of Profit
Past performance, or success within Evalux programs, does not guarantee future outcomes. Evalux does not provide investment advice or guarantees of profitability.
Client Responsibility
All trading decisions are solely the responsibility of the client. Evalux shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from trading activities.
Evaluation Purpose
Participation in Evalux programs involves risk. The evaluation process is designed to reflect the challenges of professional trading, but results within Evalux programs should not be considered a guarantee of future outcomes.
KYC / AML Policy
Identity Verification
- Clients may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
- Payment methods must be verified prior to withdrawals.
Monitoring & Compliance
- Evalux enforces a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or misuse of services.
- Trading and account activities may be monitored to ensure compliance with international AML/CFT regulations.
- Evalux may suspend access pending investigation of any suspicious activity and will report such activity to competent authorities where required.
Withdrawals (Payouts)
- Traders who successfully meet program objectives and comply with all rules are eligible to request profit payouts.
- Evalux is committed to honoring all approved payout requests, which represent the trader’s share of profits as defined in the program.
- All payout requests are processed through secure channels and subject to verification of identity, payment method, and compliance review.
- Standard processing time is 7–21 business days, which may vary depending on banking partners, payment providers, or additional documentation requirements.
- Evalux reserves the right to adjust, delay, or deny payouts if there are indications of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or incomplete compliance checks.
- Traders will be notified via email regarding the status of their payout request and any additional information required.

Governing Law & Miscellaneous
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the DIFC Courts.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Evalux and the client, superseding any prior understandings or representations.
